Wargaming.net, has announced today that the company is entering the Korean online game market in May opening its office in Seoul with Park Chan Guk as the Managing Director. With this new entity, its armored warfare MMO World of Tanks has arrived to the Korean gamers. The company has celebrated an effective start of operations in Southeast Asia and hopes that Korean presence will be as successful.
World of Tanks will be eventually joined by the company’s other products, including two major titles from the MMO war series-World of Warplanes and World of Battleships.
“We are proud to announce that Wargaming.net is just a couple of steps away from establishing its Korean presence,” said Wargaming.net CEO Viktor Kislyi. “Now that we’re fully prepared to meet high expectations of the Korean gaming community, I don’t see any reasons for World of Tanks not to become a success.”

Barbily Games has released a new update its browser MMORTS Star Supremacy that allow the players to enjoy the game more. Bethesda Softworks, has announced the development of the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online by ZeniMax Online Studios. The Elder Scrolls Online will be the first Elder Scrolls game that allows players to explore the legendary Elder Scrolls universe with others. InnoGames has launched its newest browser title, Forge of Empires, in several languages. Gamigo has released a new update for the open beta of its turn-based strategy game Jagged Alliance Online, that brings a reworked PvP system, an improved world map and adjustments to the difficulty of the game. As a result, the mercenaries that players want can be hired much earlier on and are no longer only available to high-level players.
The changes to the PvP system apply mostly to matchmaking, which now finds equal opponents more quickly. A new global ranking list, which shows the best PvP players in all game modes, has also been added. The world map now has a centralized PvP area that connects the PvP missions, which were previously separate. To provide a better overview and help players find a suitable mission more quickly, the difficulty of a mission is now shown on the world map.
