Warface Launches Operation Blackout

Global publisher My.com has announced a new update for Warface which includes the brand-new special operation "Blackout", new weapon skins and a new rank. My.com has also expanded its system of regional servers globally to include the opening of its second US regional server located in San Jose, California.

The popular survival mission Anubis, named after the god of death himself, gets a story-driven continuation in this new special operation called "Blackout". Players find their co-op team stranded in a merciless desert storm. The signal is lost, leading to a blackout in communications, deep in enemy territory and surrounded by swarming cyborgs. Combat gets intense as the players battle through constantly changing dark and lighted areas, limited visibility, difficult weather conditions and unpredictable enemies. Blackout’s brutal difficulty is sure to challenge even the most close-knit teams to complete.

In addition to the special operation, new weapon skins and a raised level cap have been added. Just as thematic in appearance as the Anubis-series weapon skins, the new skins are designed for the most broadly used and high-performing weapons, for all types of players to pursue them. Lastly, the new update raises the maximum rank to level 85.

In response to Warface’s considerable growth in the recent few months, My.com has launched another regional server in North America. Situated in San Jose, California, the server will help improve and smoothen out the gameplay for the Warface’s West Coast players. Additionally, a new refer-a-friend program has been implemented: those who invite friends will get rewarded for playing together with the ultimate reward - Golden sidearm: AY 226.
