No. Whilst we're actually not completely sure whether storage/ inventory slots are unlimited or not, the game seems to provide enough of them in order to get around and the store doesn't sell additional slots either.

Yes – +10%. All in all, Warface appears to be pretty well-balanced for everybody and absolutely fair. Due to the fact that paying customers obviously won't gain any unfair advantages but only temporary boosters that will make the life in game a bit more convenient, players aren't forced to spend money in order to be competitive but can absolutely enjoy the game without spending a single dime.
