SYNOPSIS

hree Kingdoms: The Battle Begins is a 3D fantasy MMORPG loosely based on the popular Chinese ‘Romance of the Three Kingdoms’ novel. Chronicling a time of turbulence and constant warfare, Three Kingdoms allows players to join one of three warring factions vying for total control of the Chinese mainland. Play as one of four classes and start your adventures by quelling the Yellow Turban Rebellion.

CLASSES AND UPGRADES

Soldier - The melee specialist. Soldiers are the easiest class to play and have the highest HP totals making them great front line characters. 1st upgrade: Warrior. 2nd upgrade: Defender / Champion. 3rd upgrade: Guardian / Conqueror.

Scout - Cunning characters who prefer to attack from a distance. Scouts favor Dexterity over brute strength and can specialize in either Bows or throwing weapons. 1st upgrade: Archer  2nd upgrade: Slayer / Ranger. 3rd upgrade: Warden / Marksman.

Sage - The casters of Three Kingdoms. Sages are frail but possess powerful spells, both supportive and offensive. 1st upgrade: Mystic. 2nd upgrade: Doctor / Tactician. 3rd upgrade: Shaman / Oracle.

Merchant - Businessmen who craft armor, weapons, and more importantly siege weapons which are used in PvP battles. While merchants are not the best fighters, they can still hold their own in melee combat. 1st upgrade: Craftsman. 2nd upgrade: Armorsmith / Weaponsmith. 3rd upgrade: Artisan Armorsmith / Artisan Weaponsmith.

QUEST SYSTEM

The Battle Begins offers a one-of-a-kind quest system that delivers quests to players while they are still in the battlefield, maximizing the player's enjoyment of and involvement in the battle. This unique feature allows the player to continue their travels while having the benefit of receiving items from completing quests.

PVP

Player vs. Player (PVP) battlegrounds are available on the hour every hour 24/7 which allow the winners of the battle to become Lords who are granted access to exclusive skills and items. Honor points are awarded during these battles and can be used to purchase unique items and equipment from special merchants.

PK - DEATH NOTE

This feature was created so that if a player is killed by the same opponent numerous times, then that opponent is added to the player's death note. The opponent's location will be indicated on the player's map as a blinking signal thus allowing the player to exact revenge more easily.

Good game but poorly managed. GMs created events with rewards but rewards was not given at all. GMs made empty promises with dates of patches, dates of reward given etc.

Bugs of games are reported but nothing was done after months of waiting. Old bugs not fixed, they keep implementing new patches creating more bugs.

Overall experience with the game: worst i’ve ever encounter.
