Things We Love About ELOA

ELOA - news

For our latest “Things We Love About...” article we’re looking at Elite Lord of Alliance (ELOA) where players will step into the shoes of a fledgling hero seeking to protect the world from evil, with five unique classes to choose from this action focused RPG creates some compelling gameplay with its fast and fluid battles, intriguing storyline and heavy PVE and PVP focused content. The game was initially seen as Inspirit Online, a reportedly “stolen” beta version of the game that was illegally released, with the new ELOA being the full final product, so with this in mind we’re going to let you know just what it is about this anime free to play MMORPG that we like so much.

Fantastic Graphics
The world is beautifully designed. Stepping into the world for the first time it is easy to see how much time and effort has gone into designing every inch of the area, from the lush flora of the fantasy forest area, sparkling waterfalls and flowing rivers, to the isometric 3D layout of the game itself. All in all it creates a wonderful sense of depth and immersion, further enhanced with the beautiful colour palette that the designers have used that fully engross you into this new world and actually make you want to head out into it and explore every corner.

Pure ARPG
The game most definitely focuses on Action. Action RPGs seem to be all the rage these days and ELOA can definitely throw its hat in the ring when it comes to outright combat Action, fast, fluid and fun the game really makes a point of excelling in this area. Whilst the diving in and out of combat is in place, the ability to dodge abilities and make your skill shots, on top of this players have five classes that each have 3 “stances” that they can freely switch between, each stance focusing on Solo play, Party play or PVP and enables different skills. Quickly switching between stances and chaining together phenomenal combos is glorious, whether in PVP or PVE and definitely lives up to the action title.

Training Pets
The ability to earn, breed and train up pets. Advancing through the game will give players the opportunity to discover and collet a wide selection of pet eggs; they can be traded with other collectors or hatched for your own personal use to give you a pet. There are dozens of pets to earn and with a little time and effort they can be levelled up to make fantastic battle buddies who will grant you their talents, give you various perks such as picking up loot for you, or even be used as mounts. Getting two of your pets up to their maximum level and you can even breed them and hatch a new little hybrid pet!

Honor Battlefield PVP
Engage in MOBA battles. Whilst there is more traditional arena focused PVP in the game with smaller scale duels, players can engage in awesome 12 man MOBA style battles where you fight with a team of six to push your minions down the three map lanes, battle your way past towers and try to beat the enemy team Guardian NPC for the win. We love the inclusion of one of our favourite game genres (MOBA) inside one of our other favourites (MMORPG) and fluidity and fast paced nature of combat really lends itself well to this type of battle.

Exciting Dungeons
The dungeons are very well done. When looking at endgame PVE players will find themselves facing two primary high level dungeons, which they’ll need a group to take out; the unique Party stance will come into play as each class is designed to fulfil its own role and compliment the other classes in PVE. A party is able to choose the difficulty of the dungeon, the higher the difficulty the greater the rewards, and ultimately creating a greater challenge for the group just for the fun of it.

So that’s what we love with Elite Lord of Alliance, but more importantly what are some of your favourite things? What do you think could/should be added to our list that makes the game great? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
