Trion Worlds has announced a new playable race for Defiance, the Castithan, which will arrive to the game with the Castithan Charge Pack DLC. Players who buy this DLC will receive an item that allow them to switch race to the pale skinned Castithan.

As we have seen in the TV series, Castithan can use blue energy blades. Check them out on the gameplay video.
