The recently announced sandbox RPG Citadel: Forged With Fire will host a free public beta this Saturday, July 22, beginning at 9:00am EDT through midnight EDT. The game is expected to launch next Wednesday on Early Access for for $24.99.

Players will get to venture into a world of magic where they can explore, tame legendary beast, study arcane arts, build castles and fly on a broomstick. Progress won't be wiped, so those who check it out during the beta and decide to purchase the game will be able to continue their adventures.
