With the Valkyrie, Continent of the Ninth Seal (C9) has just received a new advanced class, which is capable of summoning a device that supports from the rear while performing both ranged and close-quarter skills without having to change stances.

Valkyries primarily utilise Guided Missiles, Device and Cannon skills. They use guided missiles and cannons with special abilities to perform ranged attacks against single or multiple targets while also being capable of melee attacks during which they are supported from the rear by a device. The Valkyrie class additionally is not only pretty proficient in ranged and melee combat, but also has recourse to various evasion techniques using the recoil of cannons.

This class’s primary weapon is a Gunlance, a long, piercing weapon with a mechanism inside which can fire a blank round. It can be used for basic melee attacks with a lance as Spear Technician, as well as for basic ranged attacks with a cannon as Shell Technician.
