Total War: Arena Moves Forward

Total War Arena - news

While SEGA announced Total War Battle: Kingdoms earlier this month, there’s also another free-to-play Total War title in development, which has only just reached closed alpha stage. Representing a new direction for the Total War franchise, this one is titled Total War: Arena and was first announced in March 2013 at GDC. Interested players are invited to sign up now in order to get the chance of being involved in its development process.

"We have spent time since the announcement evolving both the gameplay and the supporting technology, to ensure we deliver smooth online service for multiplayer gamers," told Gabor Beressy, ARENA Project Lead. "We are excited to say that the game is now in Closed Alpha, and we welcome feedback from players to inform the next stages of development."
