With Nexon's announcement of a sequel to Combat Arms, European residents may look forward to a new first-person shooter that will be playable for free. In development by BlackSpot Entertainment, Combat Arms: Line of Sight is supposed to conquer Europe this year with English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Turkish language versions.
"Its key features, in addition to the modern military theme, will make Combat Arms: Line of Sight unique, fun and very challenging. FPS fans will love it," stated Nexon Europe CEO Kenny Chang.
The link to the original Combat Arms title lies within the story: A secret subdivision of Nemexis, the weapon company conducting the biological research in CA, has managed to weaponise a special gene that enables humans to develop telekinetic powers, which will be used by players in Combat Arms: Light of Sight in the form of powers and psychic weapons.
With sharp visuals powered by the Unreal Engine 3, this new shooter MMO will provide players with nearly infinite visible weapon customisation.
