– Gamescom 2011 – Jagex has revealed information of Tranformers Universe

Jagex Games Studio, have released some exclusive details of Tranformers Universe at the Gamescon event in Cologne.

The Jagex team are on hand at the convention to speak to gamers and fans alike about the new MMO slated for release in 2012 and, for the first time to a European audience, the customisation that will be available to players of the new MMO in 2012 will be demonstrated on the fully interactive booth. The booth allows visitors to choose their allegiance to either the AUTOBOT or DECEPTICON factions and customise their choice. Gamescon visitors will then receive a print out of the unique TRANSFORMERS character they have created. When the game launches next year, players will be able to choose from various classes of robots, adding a further variant to the character creation element; already highly anticipated by fans and gamers alike.

While the customisation presented at the convention will offer fans a taste of what is to come within the game, Jagex today exclusively revealed details of one of the much anticipated classes; The Brawler Class.

Players who like to engage as the tank in co-op team play will be drawn to this Brawler Class. The strength and resilience of this class makes it the perfect choice for those who like to get up close in a battle environment, for those who like a good brawl.” Stated Kris Jones, Tranformers Universe senior producer.
