Today we invite you to check out our first look to Bigpoint's military co-op MOBA game Merc Elite, which combines modern military warfare with team-based combat and puts players in control of a group of mercenaries. The game is set in a world where governments have faltered and collapsed, and now everyone is fighting for the remaining resources. It’s a MOBA game, the backstory is irrelevant, all you need to know is how does it look and play.

Looks great, plays great, and is very fun. The game which is actually in its Closed Beta includes a limited number of classes (5 in total), which may or may not be expanded on in the future. You can unlock and gear up your mercenaries; unlocking new abilities, gear the things like that to create a character more to your flavour (which may or may not be a different take on simply having dozens of different characters). Fast and fun it’s a great game with some great little features including their cover and “higher ground” systems. Check out the video and let us know what you think.
