R2 Games' latest title, Shadowbound, just entered a 6-day open beta test today, allowing everyone to check it out. However, we were fortunate enough to play the game last week already, thus providing you with an exclusive commented insight into the gameplay to let you know what awaits in this brand-new MMO.

Shadowbound sports various features and mechanics, giveaways and prizes, abilities, gear and companions, enabling players to increase their hero’s overall power while travelling across a magical fantasy realm to uncover the larger story arc.

We checked out the game’s initial 20 gameplay levels to see what it’s all about and what you can expect from the final release. We had a look at its features and battled some evil guys.
