This month Heroes Evolved was released on Steam, and we saw several content updates and new characters in different games on the list.

The newest addition to the MOBA genre Heroes Evolved is a fully functioning, yet slim-line download, classic 3 lane MOBA with over fifty playable hero character for team focused PVP battles. The game takes up just 35MB with a micro-client and so players can jump into the game in seconds to try it out.

Completely free to play Supernova is the next stage of MOBA giving players control of not only their own character but their own army of minions in the same fast paced three lane base attack gameplay. Working alongside and against other players the game offers challenging and strategic team based PVP, strong elements of customization and a variety of unique features.

Atlas Reactor is set in a future world where Trusts hire on skilled Freelancers to do all manner of jobs for cold hard cash; the best of these have risen in celebrity status and players get to step into their shoes for team based battles. Free to play the game focuses on turn based combat where it’s always your turn; simultaneous turns means no waiting around for your opponents and teammates to decide what they’re doing and instead players must act and react to their rivals and try to second guess what their plans are.

Paladins sees players battling in teams in a 6 v 6 objective focused battle playing as unique Champion characters equipped with their own skills and styles of play. Whilst the game is a traditional shooter game there are elements of MOBA gameplay involving in game skill advancement that add a new dynamic to the game.

A free to play arena-based team brawler where players get to choose from a variety of different characters, each with their own skill sets and play styles, and go head-to-head in fast, fun PVP across a dynamic changing battlefield. Gigantic is a mix of many arena combat style games, culminating in one high octane multi-featured title with a unique art style and Guardian boss element.

In Smite players take on the role of the various immortals and gods seen throughout religion and mythology, from the Greek pantheon to ancient Chinese deities, the game is a MOBA style battle among gods and the fight for supremacy. Completely free to play players have plenty of gods to choose from as they fight in third person combat, a unique twist on the typical MOBA genre.
