Cloud Pirates and Orcs Must Die! Unchained were officially released, Dropzone moved into a free to play business model, Heroes of the Storm announced a new battleground, and League of Legends released a new cinematic trailer.

Paladins sees players battling in teams in a 6 v 6 objective focused battle playing as unique Champion characters equipped with their own skills and styles of play. Whilst the game is a traditional shooter game there are elements of MOBA gameplay involving in game skill advancement that add a new dynamic to the game.

Gigantic

A free to play arena-based team brawler where players get to choose from a variety of different characters, each with their own skill sets and play styles, and go head-to-head in fast, fun PVP across a dynamic changing battlefield. Gigantic is a mix of many arena combat style games, culminating in one high octane multi-featured title with a unique art style and Guardian boss element.

In Smite players take on the role of the various immortals and gods seen throughout religion and mythology, from the Greek pantheon to ancient Chinese deities, the game is a MOBA style battle among gods and the fight for supremacy. Orcs Most Die: Unchained is a new adrenaline charged PVP action MOBA where players are tasked with assaulting an opposing teams’ fortress with their friends, Guild members and allies whilst at the same time protecting their own base from enemy invaders. The game is a free to play title available on PC that is a mix of MOBA, tower defence and card collecting game is, creating an intriguing and exciting action genre.

Dropzone

A free to play RTS meets MOBA where players battle in single player PVP duels, Dropzone puts you in charge of three sci-fi tank-like units as you battle through a map filled with aliens and a rival player’s team, try to recover “cores” to score yourself points and claim victory. With elements of strategy, PVP, PVE and team unit customization the game offers a variety of features to make a very tactical title.
